URBAN OLIVE DESIGN – Unique Handmade Art Jewelry from Berlin

Founded in 2015 by designer Chiara Vignudelli and artist Giulio Giustini, URBAN OLIVE DESIGN is an independent jewelry studio based in Berlin. The project was born from a shared desire to fuse art, matter, and geometry into wearable forms — transforming materials into contemporary jewelry that speaks of structure, balance, and emotion.

Our background in visual arts and photography informs everything we do: we move fluidly between disciplines, explore hybrid techniques, and approach each material with fresh eyes. At the core of our practice is a visceral relationship with matter — whether raw or refined — which we shape with both rigor and sensitivity.

Inspired by modern architecture, geometric abstraction, and the raw beauty of Berlin’s urban landscape, each piece reflects our connection to the city and its contrasts. This merges naturally with a refined sense of proportion rooted in classical Italian aesthetics, creating a unique dialogue between past and present, hardness and softness, lightness and strength.

More than a jewelry brand, URBAN OLIVE DESIGN is an artistic practice. Every creation is the result of a slow and intentional process, where the making is just as meaningful as the final piece. We see each jewel as a small sculpture — essential yet expressive, experimental yet wearable.

All pieces are meticulously handcrafted in our Berlin studio. Our evolving collection features limited editions and one-of-a-kind designs, each embodying a distinctive artistic identity.
